Book your stay now to secure the exclusive MURTEC group rate of $224 per night, plus applicable taxes and resort fees. Reservations must be made by Friday, February 13, 2026, to guarantee the group rate.

Reservations made after February 13, 2026, will be accepted on a space-available basis at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Caesars Palace requires a one-night deposit per room to guarantee accommodations. Advance deposits are refundable if canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

MURTEC does not use a separate housing vendor. Official MURTEC hotel reservations can only be made through the link or phone number above. Please be cautious of third-party housing solicitations. Caesars Palace is approximately 3.5 miles from Harry Reid International Airport.

Cancellation Policy:

We hope your plans don’t change, but if they do, you may cancel your MURTEC registration before February 7, 2026, for a full refund of registration fees. Cancellations made after February 14, 2026, are subject to a $99 cancellation fee. If cancellation is not made prior to the event, a $395 no-show fee will apply. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel reservations directly with Caesars Palace.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night's guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder's account. Any reservations made via the telephone call center will incur a processing fee, plus current sales tax, per reservation. This fee will not apply to reservations made via the internet.
