Martin Perak is Speakap’s restaurant & hospitality director. He has more than 15 years of working with hundreds of multi-location restaurateurs to solve challenges regarding operations, concept development, and cultivating company culture through the use of emerging technologies. Martin has implemented processes that increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve productivity. His talents are helping multi-location restaurants scale efficiently while sustaining the quality of their brands.

Martin has merged his passion for the restaurant industry and his expertise in restaurant technologies to drive Speakap’s focus and efforts in the space. Speakap is currently servicing more than 350 global brands, including market leaders like McDonald's, Dominos, and Marriott. Martin is also a professional Barista, a certified Neopolitan Pizzaiolo, and a Syracuse University Hospitality Management Alumnus.
