Technology solution providers, consulting firms, hardware, software, and service providers can attend through sponsorship only. Already a MURTEC 2026 sponsor? Contact us for your unique invite code. 

Registration Types

RESTAURANT / HOSPITALITY OPERATOR

For to qualified restaurant operators and/or hospitality operators (full-service, QSR, or fast-casual restaurants; foodservice operators & management companies; virtual restaurant brands; casinos, cruise lines, event venues, hotels, timeshares, theme parks, and vacation rentals).

INDEPENDANT CONSULTANTS & AFFILIATES

Consultant Pass: Open to individual independent consultants to the hospitality industry.

Affiliate Pass: Open to food and beverage suppliers and distributors and CPG brands in the restaurant supply chain with an interest in understanding emerging technology trends that impact operations, supply chain, and consumer purchasing. Qualified affiliate attendees are: Retail CPG, F&B Suppliers, Investment Banks & PE Firms.

Technology solution providers do not qualify for consultant or affiliate passes. 

TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION PROVIDERS

Sponsorship Required

Technology solution providers, technology consulting firms, technology hardware, software, and service providers can attend MURTEC and AI Summit at MURTEC through sponsorship only.

Individuals that own, in part or whole, or who are employed by technology solution providers in any capacity will be classified as a solution provider.

ATTENDEE ELIGIBILITY & CANCELLATION POLICIES
 

To attend MURTEC, you must be a qualified hotelier/hospitality/restaurant operator, affiliate, consultant, or sponsor of MURTEC. Registrations will be reviewed and subject to approval. Cancellations made after February 15, 2026 are subject to a $150 cancellation fee; and failure to attend without prior cancellation is subject to a $395 no-show fee. Approved attendees may transfer their approved registration to a new qualified attendee from their same company at any time to avoid cancellation / no-show fees. Finally, please note that misrepresentation of attendee type, company affiliation or employment status may result in disqualification of registration at any time.
