As co-founder and president of Prosper Company, Luke Kircher brings extensive knowledge, experience and success in supporting the restaurant and hospitality industry. He is a passionate advocate for recognizing, elevating, and developing talent in industry leadership and believes in the power of bringing leaders together to create strong communities and profitable businesses.

Luke co-founded Prosper Company in 2022, after serving as managing director of partnerships at FAT Brands. FAT Brands acquires and develops fast-casual, quick-service and casual dining concepts around the world, with 17 brands, $2.4B+ in sales and 2,400+ units worldwide.

Since 2021, Luke established Kircher Advisors to serve operators, manufacturers and associations in the foodservice and hospitality industry. Kircher Advisors helps guide companies in building communities through meaningful partnerships that create shared value.

Prior to founding Kircher Advisors, Luke was vice president of Revelry Group, based in Portland, Oregon. He joined Revelry Group in 2017, focusing on developing the core business units, including Agency Services, Revelry Foods, Revelry Culinary and Exchange Events. During this time, Luke led the legacy FaBLE (Food and Beverage Leadership Exchange) and FoodOvation programs, while also launching additional events, including MILE (Marketing Innovation Leadership Exchange), FLEX (Financial Leadership Exchange) and Global Foodservice Hospitality Exchange. During his tenure, Luke grew the Exchanges business into a multi-million-dollar division by identifying unique opportunities and partnerships between operators and manufacturers.

He previously was an events manager and conference director at Winsight LLC (formerly CSP Business Media) from 2006 to 2017. During that time, Luke held various roles, supporting revenue growth of 400% through new events, acquisitions and organic growth. He was instrumental in launching the company’s first Global Restaurant Leadership Conference, held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which brought together more than 1,200 attendees representing over $1 trillion of the global restaurant industry. Luke also led other key events, including RLC (Restaurant Leadership Conference), FARE (Foodservice at Retail Exchange), FSTEC (Foodservice and Technology), Outlook Leadership and Convenience Retailing University.

Luke graduated with honors from St. Mary’s College of California with a bachelor’s degree in communication. He is a Phoenix native who lives in the suburbs with his wife and their four children.
