Rafaela Dulanto is a hospitality operator, educator, and team-builder with over a decade of leadership in world-class restaurants and hotels. At SpotOn, she brings an operator-first perspective to help restaurant leaders simplify operations, strengthen execution, and protect margins, without compromising hospitality. She partners with owners and executives to align people, process, and technology so teams can move faster, make smarter decisions, and deliver better guest experiences.
Through her career, Rafaela has been an integral part of opening and operating hotel and restaurant brands, responsible for building high-performing teams, scalable service standards, and guest experiences defined by precision and warmth. Her career includes leadership roles at internationally celebrated establishments including The French Laundry, The Surf Club Restaurant by Thomas Keller at Four Seasons Surfside, Bazaar Mar by José Andrés, Beachcraft by Tom Colicchio, L’echon Brasserie, and 1500 Degrees.

She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida International University, where she also teaches. Bilingual in English and Spanish and certified through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Rafaela blends rigorous service expertise with practical insight for today’s operators.
