With more than 20 years at Taco John’s, I have been able to bring cross‑functional leadership experience spanning Operations, Training, and Technology. My career with the brand has given me a uniquely comprehensive understanding of how restaurant teams work, how guests interact with the business, and how strategic technology can unlock meaningful improvements across both.
I began my career overseeing the Company Restaurant division, building a deep operational foundation that still guides my approach to innovation today. I later moved into the Training department, where I helped strengthen systemwide standards and support models before transitioning into technology leadership.
For the past 14 years, I have led Taco John’s Restaurant Technology department, driving initiatives that have modernized the brand and elevated the guest experience. My work includes launching mobile ordering and delivery, leading the rollout of a cloud‑based POS platform, and most recently championing the introduction of Voice AI in the drive‑thru to enhance speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
