John Brittain is Vice President and Head of Information Technology for Biscuitville. He has spent the past five years leading enterprise IT, cybersecurity, data, and core systems that support more than 85 company-owned restaurants and the brand’s continued growth. Earlier at Biscuitville, John served as Senior IT Director of Vendor Management, where he focused on tightening governance, improving partner accountability, and making sure technology investments delivered real business value.

Before joining Biscuitville, John worked in technology leadership roles at the Greensboro Housing Authority, leading enterprise systems, infrastructure modernization, and mobile-first initiatives. Earlier in his career at AT&T, he worked as an IT Project Manager on new product development efforts, gaining hands-on experience delivering large, cross-functional initiatives. John’s focus has always been practical: using technology to support operators, reduce friction, and build foundations that scale.
