An industry veteran, Eric brings more than 25 years of experience managing technology at leading corporations, and the last 15 in restaurants. Currently, as VP of IT at Luna Grill, he is focused on technology, partnerships and standardization as Luna Grill begins plans for considerable growth. Prior to this he led the technology department and technology modernization efforts at Rubio’s, Qdoba, Urban Plates and his first role in restaurants at Garden Fresh Restaurants.
Prior to serving as CIO at Garden Fresh, Eric served as Vice President, IT Operations at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. for 16 years where he was responsible for both Application Development and Infrastructure as the company grew from 200+ stores to over 1,000.

Throughout his career, in organizations large and small, Eric has been essential to the company's growth, improved efficiency and use of technology. He is conversant in all areas of business technology, current trends and has utilized both internal and external resources to achieve company objectives. He has built teams, developed personnel and implemented a variety of technological solutions that have contributed to the financial growth of each organization for which he has worked.
