With over 10 years of seasoned experience in IT technology across the education and hospitality sectors, coupled with a Master’s degree in IT Management, Rachel brings a wealth of expertise in optimizing systems and driving technological innovation. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Bar Louie, she oversees daily IT operations, network infrastructures, security, and the help desk support team. Before joining Bar Louie, Rachel worked at Foxtrot, and Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, where she honed her expertise in managing restaurant openings, leading company-wide initiatives, and implementing standard operating procedures.
A dedicated leader, Rachel is passionate about the growth and development of her teams, ensuring they have the resources and support to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, building Legos to unwind and relax, and exploring local farmers' markets in the summer. Rachel resides in the greater Chicagoland area with her wife, son, and dog.
