Bruce Nelson is a restaurant entrepreneur and CFO specializing in the effective use of technology for the restaurant industry. As the CFO of Nova Restaurant Group, he directed company technological and accounting systems that lead to triple digit growth in both revenue and profit over a 10-year period. Riding the tremendous wave of new technologies over the past 10 years, he has become an expert at leveraging his operational experience with current software trends. Mr. Nelson received his BA with distinctions in philosophy from Hamline University and is a past board member for the Minnesota Restaurant Association.
